Release notes will be available at the time of release on our client community here: Associations Web Client Release Notes YMCAs & JCCs Web Client Release Notes Marketing Module The Marketing module is now available in ThreeSixty Web Client. Marketing Central is the main landing page for the Marketing module, which includes quick access to manage Market Codes, Marketing Lists, List Mapping Templates, and Prospects. To access the Marketing Central page, select Marketing Central from the Marketing menu in the left navigation bar. You can find all articles related to the Marketing module here. Create and Manage Marketing Lists You can now create and manage Marketing Lists in the web client from the Manage Marketing List page, which is accessible from Marketing Central. The Manage Marketing List page allows you to manage and edit details of previously-created marketing lists, or create new marketing lists. Create and Manage List Mapping Templates You can now create and manage list mapping templates in the web client from the Manage Prospect List Mapping page. The Manage Prospect List Mapping page allows you to manage and edit details of previously-created list mapping templates, or create new list mapping templates. Once a template has been created, the List Mapping Summary allows you to edit Prospect List mapping details, add mapping information, special notes, and view upload history. Additionally, you can create and manage mapping functions from the Manage Mapping Function page. Create and Manage Prospects You can now create and manage prospects within the web client from the Manage Prospects page. Once a prospect has been added, the Prospect Summary allows you to view and edit prospect details, demographic information, postal and voting information, and activities. Manage Solicitors From the new Manage Solicitors page you can now create and manage solicitors. Additionally, the new Solicitor Summary allows you to view solicitor metrics, assign prospects to a solicitor, add yearly goals, and view donation analysis. For more information, please see the Solicitors section. Copy Awards & Delete Nominations An existing award can now be copied in order to create a new award. Once an award has been selected to be copied, you can define which aspects of the award you want to copy in order to allow for specific configuration of the new award. You can now delete a nomination from the Nominations tab on the Nomination Summary. Sphere of Influence / Hierarchical Tree The new Sphere of Influence page displays a hierarchical tree view of all constituents related to the selected constituent, along with their specific relationship to the constituent and any relationships they have with other constituents. Additionally, the Hierarchical Tree page for a committee displays a hierarchical tree view of committees and subcommittees. Network Users You can now create Network Users from the User Security page once LDAP authentication has been enabled. Additionally, administrators can configure the settings related to LDAP from the LDAP Setup page, accessed from the LDAP Integration section of the Application Settings page. Additional Features The Repeated Event field is now available on the Registration Setup page for a session. The columns on the Pay Balances page are now expanded to prevent the cut-off of information. You can now search by Country on the Global Search page for Individuals, Companies, Subgroups, and Committees. You can now search by Parent Product and PO Number on the Global Search page for Orders. Additional filters have been added to the Orders and Donations, Employee Orders and Donations, and All Relationships pages within a constituent's profile. You can now see Vendor Information on the Demographics page within the customer profile. You can now create an Unapplied Receipt from the Pay Balances page. You can view audit information for the Name Information page in CRM360 using the new Auditing Info toggle found within the user menu. The browser tab for the Constituent Profile now shows the constituent's name and ID. The browser tab for the Order Summary now shows the Order Number. When creating or editing an order, the Use Address drop-down for Billing and Shipping Information now displays if an address is Bad. Edit pencils were added to Order Summary, Order Entry, and Orders and Donations to navigate directly to Full Line Item Details, allowing for the quick edit of Rate Structure and Rate Code. When an order line item is expanded within Order Entry, you can now update the Ship-Via. You can now export Global Search results to a .csv file. Technical Features API APIs were added for the following operations: Add Prospect List Mapping Mapping Tab Copy Award YMCA & JCC Features Program Calendar YMCA and JCC clients can now manage program calendars for non-childcare program products, including the ability to generate the calendar, delete the calendar, add a program date, mark a specific date as excluded, and delete a specific date. Regenerate Order Calendar YMCA and JCC clients on version 7.7.0 SP3 can now regenerate childcare order calendars when a childcare program calendar has changed. The Regenerate Order Calendar button on the childcare product's Program Calendar page triggers the new CCC1006 job to regenerate the childcare order calendar. The Regenerate Order Calendar button and the CCC1006 TRS job are currently available for clients on version 7.7.0 SP3. Clients on a previous version that wish to utilize this workflow can submit a support case for TRS retrofit.
