Viewing the Hierarchical Tree for a Committee

The Hierarchical Tree page displays a hierarchical tree view of all subcommittees related to the selected committee, along with their specific relationship to the committee and any relationships they have with other subcommittees.

To access the Hierarchical Tree page, select Hierarchical Tree from the Relationships tab on the Committee Summary.

Select the hyperlinked Committee Name to open the quick info view.

Select the "open in new tab" icon to open the Committee Summary for the committee in a new tab.

To display the relationships in a hierarchical tree view, from the Customer Relationship Setup page, set the Hierarchical toggle to YES for the Relationship Types and the Include in Hierarchical Tree toggle to YES for the Relationship Code. You must have a parent/child and child/parent relationship type set up to display the hierarchical tree format.
