Over time, an owner manages, or moves, a prospect through tasks and stages, bringing that prospect closer to their organization, forming a relationship. After creating an opportunity plan, stages and tasks can be added and managed from the opportunity plan detail page. Opportunity Plan Assignment Once you have created a opportunity plan, you then assign prospects to owners/solicitors and opportunity plans in the Opportunity Management system. These assignments are then used later by the owner/solicitor to track all prospects assigned to them. Once you have assigned a prospect to an opportunity plan, you can manage additional details for the assigned plan from the assigned plan detail page. Manage Owners You can add and manage opportunity owners and owner tasks from the Manage Owners page. The Tasks page for an opportunity owner allows you to manage tasks and update tasks in bulk for an opportunity owner. CRM Setups System Activities From the System Activities page, you can track certain events that pertain to a constituent. To view System Activities, select System Activities from the Involvement tab on the Constituent Summary. CRM Settings The new CRM Settings page allows you to configure settings for several new features, including Contact Tracking Settings, Duplicate Processing Settings, and Engagement Score Settings. Contact Tracking Staff Assignments The Contact Tracking Staff Assignments page allows you to view staff members that should be assigned to contact tracking records automatically based on the call topic and sub-topic. Duplicate Setup The Duplicate Setup page allows administrators to view matching rules that they consider to be potential duplicates based on matching specific fields in the database tables. Engagement Score Setup and Variables From the Engagement Score Variables page, organizations have the ability to set the variable multipliers used for each of the engagement scoring component calculations. Variable multipliers allow you to give a specific weight to a category used in calculating a constituent's engagement score with your organization. A2Z Integration ThreeSixty Web Client now includes an integration with A2Z. With the ThreeSixty/A2Z integration, A2Z Events orders and payments are now accessible within ThreeSixty. You can now see the Grace Date in the grid on the Memberships page under the Involvement tab on the Constituent Summary. Solicitors added/assigned from the Solicitors page under Donor Info on the Constituent Summary are now automatically marked as Fundraising Solicitors.
