Viewing a Constituent's Orders and Donations Paige Freeman May 08, 2024 12:54 Updated From the Orders and Donations screen, you can view an individual's order or a company's orders. When viewing individual or company orders, the system selects all orders where the individual or company is the bill-to customer. You must belong to a security group with at least VIEW permission to the CRM360.Orders application in order to view this screen. For more information, please see Constituents Security. To view a constituent's orders and donations, select Orders and Donations from the Financials tab from within a constituent record. The Orders and Donations screen displays, as shown below. From this screen, you can filter the grid using the From and To dates, Subsystem, Invoice No., or by selecting the Bill-To or Ship-To toggles. The dates automatically populate based on the "ORDERVIEWMONTHLIMIT" application parameter. The filters only apply to the results in the grid; the filters have no effect on the Lifetime Balance Due section to the right of the filters. The Balance Currently Due at the bottom of the screen reflects the balance due for the records displayed in the grid, and it affected by the filters at the top of the screen. The same is true for the Amount Total for Listed Records and Balance Total for Listed Records. You can select the order pencil icon in the Order No. column to open the Full Line Item Details for that order line item. Lifetime Balance Due The Lifetime Balance Due section at the top right of the screen displays the Lifetime Balance Due, which is calculated by subtracting the Scheduled Future Payments from the Total Balance Remaining. The Total Balance Remaining is calculated by totalling the Total Amount, Adjustments, Write-Offs, Payments, Refunds, Transfers, Unapplied Receipts, Credit Balance, and Deferred Payments for the constituent. The Lifetime Balance Due section is always for Bill-to only, regardless of the toggles. Additional Options From the contextual menu in the grid, there are several other options for interacting with a particular listed order line.
