Viewing a Constituent's Sphere of Influence Paige Freeman May 06, 2024 19:58 Updated From the Relationships tab within the Customer profile, select Sphere of Influence. The Sphere of Influence page displays a hierarchical tree view of all constituents related to the selected constituent, along with their specific relationship to the constituent and any relationships they have with other constituents. Select the Current filter to filter only current relationships. The Sphere of Influence displays relationships with the Include in Fundraising Sphere of Influence toggle set to YES on the Customer Relationship Setup page. In the example below, Marcus White is the selected constituent, Jane Archer is Marcus White’s Membership Sponsor, and you can drill down further so see all of Jane Archer's relationships. This hierarchical tree is interactive. You can select the "open in new window" icon to open the constituent profile in a new tab. You can also select the hyperlinked Related Constituent name to view the Quick Customer Info or the company’s employees. Relationships that have the Hierarchical toggle set to YES on the Customer Relationship Setup page will display when the Current Hierarchical Relationships filter is selected.
