Searching for a Constituent Paige Freeman May 08, 2024 12:00 Updated Throughout the ThreeSixty Web Client application, the search bar at the top of the screen can be used to search for and open an existing individual or company constituent. Alternatively, you can create a new individual or company. To search for a constituent: From anywhere in ThreeSixty Web Client, you can search for an existing individual or company constituent by selecting either Individual or Company from the Global Search drop-down at the top of the screen. In the search bar, enter the criteria you would like to search for and select from the search suggestions, as shown below. Additionally, you can search for employees according to employee or employer information. Click the magnifying glass icon to navigate to the advanced search options, then select the Find Employees tab at the top of the screen.The Find Employees Search Options screen displays, as shown below. Once you have entered your search criteria, click the magnifying glass icon to perform the search.The records that match your search criteria will display in a grid, as shown below. Additionally, from the search results you can further filter your results by entering additional search criteria. The following additional fields are available when searching for a constituent using the Search Options: Customer ID (MASTER_CUSTOMER_ID in CUSTOMER) Constituent Class (CUSTOMER_CLASS_CODE in CUSTOMER) Constituent Status Primary Email (PRIMARY_EMAIL_ADDRESS in CUSTOMER) Phone (SEARCH_PHONE_ADDRESS in CUS_COMMUNICATION) Birthdate Branch (YMCA & JCC clients only) Address Primary Search GroupIf the logged-in user has a Primary Search Group assigned, the Primary Search Group option will display in the Search Options. To search outside their Primary Search Group, they must have permissions to the SEARCH_OUTSIDE_PMRY_GRP access point. See Primary Search Group for more information. From the search results, click the down arrow to view additional details about the constituent, as shown below. Click the hyperlinked constituent name to open the constituent summary. Select the CSV arrow icon to export your search results into a .csv file.
