Searching for an Existing Order Paige Freeman May 08, 2024 12:49 Updated Throughout ThreeSixty Web Client, the search bar at the top of the screen can be used to search for and open an existing order. To search for an existing order: From any screen, select Orders from the global search drop-down at the top of the screen. In the search bar, enter the criteria you would like to search for and select from the search suggestions, as shown below. Once you have entered your search criteria, click the magnifying glass icon to perform your search. The search results display, along with additional Search Options to further filter your search.From here, you can flip between searching on ship-to or bill-to constituent information. The following fields are available in the Search Options for both ship-to and bill-to constituents: Constituent Name (SEARCH_NAME in CUSTOMER) Constituent ID (BILL_MASTER_CUSTOMER_ID or SHIP_MASTER_CUSTOMER_ID in ORDER_MASTER) Phone (SEARCH_PHONE_ADDRESS in CUS_COMMUNICATION) Zip Code (POSTAL_CODE in CUS_ADDRESS) Date Range From and To (ORDER_DATE in ORDER_DETAIL) Product Name Order Status (ORDER_STATUS_CODE in ORDER_MASTER) Subsystem (SUBSYSTEM in ORDER_DETAIL) Order No. Invoice No. To view additional details about an order without opening it, click the down arrow to the right of the record and the order preview will expand. To close, click the arrow again, as shown below. Click the hyperlinked order number to open the order summary. Select the CSV arrow icon to export your search results to a .csv file.
