Reset Password Paige Freeman April 10, 2025 19:57 Updated To reset a user's password: From the User Summary screen, select Reset Password from the Actions menu as shown below. The Reset Password screen appears as shown below. Enter your password in the Logged-In User Password field. Your user name is shown above in the Logged-In User ID field. The New Password field contains a masked system-generated new password for the selected user. If you wish to generate a different password, select Regenerate. The User ID for the selected user is shown above the New Password field. Select the copy icon next to the New Password field to copy the masked password. Select Save & Send Email to send the user an email containing their new password. The email will generate from your default email client.The Save & Send Email button will only appear if the application parameter ALLOW_EMAILING_USER_PASSWORD is set to Y.Alternatively, select Save to save the new password without sending an email to the user.
