Viewing a Prospect's Assigned Opportunity Plan Paige Freeman September 30, 2025 14:50 Updated Once you have assigned a prospect to an opportunity plan, you can manage additional details for the assigned plan from the assigned plan detail page. To access the assigned plan: From Opportunity Central or the left navigation menu, select Opportunity Plan Assignments.The Opportunity Plan Assignments page displays, as shown below. Search for the assignment you wish to view, then select the hyperlinked Opportunity Plan in the grid.Selecting the hyperlinked Prospect or Owner/Solicitor will open the customer profile. The plan assignment detail for the selected opportunity plan displays, as shown below. The assigned plan detail page consists of four different tabs: Summary, Tasks, Stages, and Comments. Summary The Summary tab of the assigned plan detail displays information that was selected or entered during plan assignment. Field Description Opportunity Information Prospect Name The name of the prospect. Selecting this hyperlink will open the constituent summary in a new tab. Opportunity Plan The assigned opportunity plan. Selecting this hyperlink will open the opportunity plan detail in a new tab. Opportunity Stage The stage the prospect is in. When in edit mode, the options in the drop-down depend on the defined stages for the opportunity plan. Opportunity Status The status of the assigned opportunity. Values are defined based on the FND MOVES_PLAN_STATUS system type. Status Date The date the status was updated. This date updates automatically when the Opportunity Status is updated, but can be modified. Pipeline Percentage This is the percentage chance a prospect will complete the opportunity plan. For example, if a prospect reaches the qualification stage of a fundraising opportunity plan, they could have a 40% chance of donating. This value is set on the opportunity stage and displays here based on what stage the prospect is in. Owner/Solicitor The assigned owner/solicitor. In edit mode you can modify the assigned solicitor as needed. Goal Amount The total goal amount of donations, if applicable. Actual Amount The total actual amount of donations, if applicable. Volunteer The volunteer assigned, if any. In edit mode you can assign or modify the assigned volunteer. Opportunity Closed Shows whether the opportunity is closed or not. This is based on the Opportunity Status (FND MOVES_PLAN_STATUS system type). If the status is Pending, the field displays No to indicate the opportunity is open. If the status is Successful or Unsuccessful, the field displays Yes to indicate the opportunity is closed. Plan Information List Code Identifies the mailing list from which the prospect was solicited. For more information on list codes, please see Marketing Lists Overview. Prospect Source This is a brief field that allows you to note where the prospect was found. Priority Rating This is a score used by the fund development manager or owner/solicitor to label a prospect by importance. Values in the drop-down are populated based on the non-fixed codes defined for the FND PRIORITY_RATING system type. Projected Plan Completion This is the projected date that the plan will finish on. Actual Plan Completion This is the actual date that the plan finished on. Fund The fund associated with the opportunity plan assignment. Prospect Information Primary Phone Read-only. The primary phone number of the prospect. Primary Email Read-only. The primary email address of the prospect. General Information Subsystem Read-only. The subsystem of the assigned opportunity plan. Plan Description Read-only. The description of the assigned opportunity plan. Category Read-only. The category of the assigned opportunity plan. Sub-Category Read-only. The sub-category of the assigned opportunity plan. Tasks The Tasks tab of the assigned plan detail displays task associated with the assigned plan. Stages The Stages tab of the assigned plan detail displays Stage Progress, which consists of all stages in the current opportunity plan sorted by stage order, and Stage History. Comments The Comments tab of the assigned plan detail displays any comments that have been added to the assigned plan. To add a new comment, select +New Comment. You can use the edit pencil in the grid to edit an existing comment, or select Delete from the contextual menu in the grid to delete a comment.
