Viewing a Constituent's Memberships Paige Freeman April 10, 2025 15:30 Updated The Memberships screen displays all memberships in which the constituent is either the line level ship-to on a membership order or he/she is a named associate on another constituent's membership order. Use the options in the Filter section to sort the memberships by Active (Line Status = Active, Fulfill Status = Active), Expired (Line Status = Active, Fulfill Status = Expired), and Pending Renewal (Line Status = Proforma, Fulfill Status = Active). You must belong to a security group with at least VIEW permission to the CRM360.CustomerMemberships application in order to view this screen. For more information, please see Constituents Security. To access the Membership screen, select Memberships from the Involvement tab. Use the Show Org Units option to filter memberships by org unit. Click the hyperlinked membership name to view details about the membership. You can also use the additional options menu to open the associated order in Order Entry.
