Managing Owners' Tasks Paige Freeman September 30, 2025 14:43 Updated After you have assigned prospects and owners to one another, you can then use the owner's Tasks page page to monitor any pending tasks for an owner. This will usually be the default screen an owner works with when managing his or her prospects. To manage an owner's tasks: From Opportunity Central or the left navigation, select Manage Owners. The Manage Owners page displays. Search for and select the hyperlinked Owner Name to open the Tasks page for that owner.The Tasks page displays.By default 100 records will display, and selecting "Show more" will display an additional 100 records. You can use the filters at the top of the page to filter the results that display within the grid. For example, you can view all tasks associated with a certain Opportunity Plan or Prospect Name using the filters. You can use the tabs at the top of the grid to view All, Pending, Successful, and Unsuccessful tasks for the owner. You can edit a task by selecting the edit pencil in the grid. You can delete a task by selecting Delete from the contextual menu in the grid. You can update multiple tasks at once using the checkboxes in the grid. Select the checkboxes for the tasks you wish to update, then select Update Tasks. The Update Tasks page displays, as shown below. The items selected on the previous page display in the Selected Line Items section. From the Update Tasks section, you can update the Task Status, Projected Completion Date, and Actual Completion Date as necessary for the selected items, then select Save and Close to save your changes and return to the Tasks page.
