From the Committee Summary screen, click the Profile Info tab and select Committee Information from the drop-down to open the Committee Profile Info screen, as shown below. To edit Committee Profile Information: From the Committee Information screen, click the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the screen.The fields on the Committee Information screen become available to edit, as shown below. Edit the Committee Name, if necessary. Edit the Class, if necessary. Edit the Can place orders? option, if necessary. Edit the Status, if necessary. Edit the Status Date, if necessary. From the Tax Information section: Edit the Federal Tax ID, if necessary. Edit the VAT ID, if necessary. From the Primary Search Group section: If necessary, set the Override Primary Search Group toggle to Yes. When set to Yes, the Primary Search Group field is enabled to the right. Search for and select a new Primary Search Group to override the existing.This is an optional feature that allows organizations to assign a search group code to committees, so that back office staff assigned to that primary search group can optionally pre-filter searches for committees by their assigned primary search group. Primary search group codes are defined on subgroup customer records and mapped to zip codes. An organization can have customers be automatically assigned to a primary search group based on the zip code of their primary address by setting the APP AUTOMATIC_SEARCH_GROUP_ASSIGNMENT application parameter to "Y". For more information, please see Primary Search Group. Once you have made your necessary edits, click Save to apply your changes and return to the Committee Profile Info read-only view.
