Defining Advertising Colors Paige Freeman March 10, 2026 15:29 Updated The Ad Color/Webmedia page is where you create the codes that represent the color charges or web advertisement enhancement services.To define the advertisement color and/or webmedia: From the Advertising Settings page, select Colors.The Color Codes search page displays. Select +New Ad Color/Webmedia.A new row is added in the grid, as shown below. Enter the Ad Color/Webmedia in the text box. Enter the Description in the text box. Set the toggles that apply: Enable for All Products Enable for Print Product Enable for Web Product Active Select the Save icon to save, or the X icon to cancel.Repeat these steps for each advertising color type or webmedia you want to define. Screen Element Description Ad Color/Webmedia Text box. This is a 6-character (maximum) code that represents the color if the advertisement is a print advertisement, or a special characteristic if the advertisement is a Web advertisement. Examples of a print Ad Color/Webmedia code are 2COLOR, 4COLOR, or BW. Examples of a Web Ad Color/Webmedia code are AUDIO, FLASH, ANIMAT. Description Text box. A brief description of the advertisement color type or webmedia you are creating. Used for clarification. Active Toggle. Indicates whether this advertisement color type or webmedia is active. Defaults to YES. Only an active Ad Color/Webmedia can be selected for an advertising product. Enable for All Products Toggle. Indicates whether this advertisement color type or webmedia is used for any advertising product. When set to YES, disables the Enable for Print Product and Enable for Web Product toggles. Enable for Print Product Toggle. Indicates whether this advertisement color type or webmedia is used for print products only. Enable for Web Product Toggle. Indicates whether this advertisement color type or webmedia is used for web products only.
