Childcare Program Summary Paige Freeman June 13, 2023 20:42 Updated The Childcare Program Summary allows users to view and edit the profile of a childcare program. To access the Childcare Program Summary, you must first locate the program you wish to view by using the search bar or selecting the program from Recent Childcare Programs on the Childcare Central screen. The Childcare Program Summary is broken into five sections, which include the Header, eBusiness Display, Ready to Sell, Logistics, and Registration. Header The Childcare Program Summary header includes basic information about the program as well as an Actions menu that allows you to Add New Order, Validate Product Setup, or Add New Subproduct. Screen Element Description Image Displays the avatar for the product. The avatar is selected based on Product Type. Product Name Displays the product name for the product. Product ID Displays the product identification number for the product. Master Product When unchecked on the Product Setup screen, it implies that the product cannot be entered directly without already having another product with the same parent product but different product code. Facility Name Displays the associated facility. Clicking the hyperlinked Facility Name will open the Facility Summary in a new tab. Product Class Used to classify any program product (master or subproduct) to distinguish between break-out sessions and social events from general sessions. The options available are determined by the Product Type selected during creation. Product Subclass Used to further classify a childcare program such a sports camp or aquatics camp. Branch Displays the Branch associated with the product. Product Manager Email The hyperlinked product manager's email address. List Price Displays the list price of the product. Available From Displays the date when the product is available Zero Price When checked, indicates this product is available for $0. Invite Only When checked on the Product Setup screen, this checkbox indicates that the program is invite-only. By default, invite-only programs will display in the Event Calendar. View Product Setup Click this link to open the Product Setup screen. eBusiness Display The fields within this section can be edited from the eBusiness Control and Categories and Keywords screen. Screen Element Description Display On Web If the Display on Web option on the eBusiness Control screen is set to "Yes", a checkmark will display. If the option is set to "No", an X will display. Product URL If a Product URL is defined on the eBusiness Control screen, the URL will display and, when clicked, will open in a new tab. Categories If categories were defined on the Categories and Keywords screen, the category and image will display. View eBusiness Control Click this link to open the eBusiness Control screen. Ready to Sell The Ready to Sell section displays setup items that are required for a product to be sold. Payment Schedule, eBusiness Setup, and Service Calendar are not required but are highly recommended. If you are experiencing issues selling a product, please check these settings, and refresh to get the latest values. Logistics The fields within this section can be edited from the Event Info screen. Screen Element Description Begin Date and Time The official published date and time of the program product. End Date and Time The official published ending date and time of the program product. Location A free-form field where you can define more information for the program location. Last Registration Date The last day on which a registration can be entered into the system. Last Refund Date The last day that a refund can be generated for this program. View Logistics Setup Click this link to open the Event Info screen. Registration The fields within this section can be edited from the Registration Setup screen. Screen Element Description Registered This is the number of registrants for the program. The calculation is based on those who are considered active. Fill Date The date the capacity was filled. Space Available The system automatically calculates the space available by subtracting the number of registrants from the capacity. It is initially the same amount as the capacity, but as people register/cancel for the program, the number decreases. Recalculates based on changes in capacity. Waitlist Available This has the same value as the Wait List Capacity. View Registration Setup Click this link to open the Registration Setup screen.
