Viewing and Editing Meeting Event Info Paige Freeman May 18, 2023 19:50 Updated To view and edit Event Info: To view the Event Info screen for a meeting product, select Event Info from the Logistics tab within the Meeting Summary.The Event Info screen appears, as shown below. To edit the information in the fields on the Event Info screen, click the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the screen.The fields become available to edit, as shown below. Screen Element Description Event Format When you define a format for a meeting, web users will be able to filter the results on the Events Calendar by format. Values in the drop-down are populated based on the non-fixed codes defined for the MTG "EVENT_FORMAT" system type. Time Zone Indicates the time zone in which the meeting will occur. This is used when a web user adds the meeting to his/her calendar; the system will evaluate the meeting time and time zone and then add the meeting to the customer’s calendar based on the customer’s time zone. Begin Date and Time The official published date and time of the meeting product. End Date and Time The official published ending date and time of the meeting product. Last Registration Date The last day on which a registration can be entered into the system. Last Refund Date The last day that a refund can be generated for this meeting. Location A free-form field where you can define more information for the meeting location.
