Childcare Central

From the Childcare Central page, you can create a new childcare program, access childcare attendance tracking, and manage facilities.

To access the Childcare Central page, select Childcare Central from the Childcare menu in the left navigation bar.

The Childcare Central page displays, as shown below.

The Childcare Central page consists of two sections: Recent Childcare Programs and Today’s Childcare Programs.

Recent Childcare Programs

The Recent Childcare Programs section of Childcare Central displays childcare programs you have accessed recently. This section also displays if the program is ready to sell, not ready, or cancelled. Click the arrow to the right of the program to open the Childcare Program Summary for that program.

Today’s Childcare Programs

The Today’s Childcare Programs section of Childcare Central displays the programs scheduled for today’s date in a specific branch. In the header, the branch selected is shown beneath Today’s Childcare Programs, and the section defaults to today’s date. You can change the date by clicking the calendar icon in the header. Below the header, you can view the time of the session, the title of the program, and type of program or session. Clicking the contextual menu to the right displays the option to Track Attendance or View Product.

This section will display up to six programs at a time. If there are more than six programs within the date range, you can navigate through the programs using the pagination at the bottom of the Today’s Childcare Programs section.
