Searching for a Batch Paige Freeman April 04, 2023 13:19 Updated Throughout the ThreeSixty Web Client application, the search bar at the top of the screen can be used to search for and open an existing batch. To search for an existing batch: From anywhere in ThreeSixty Web Client, you can search for an existing batch by selecting Batches from the Global Search drop-down at the top of the screen. In the search bar, enter the criteria you would like to search for and select from the search suggestions, as shown below. Once you have entered your search criteria, click the magnifying glass icon to perform the search.The records that match your search criteria will display in a grid, as shown below.Additionally, from the search results you can further filter your results by entering additional search criteria. The following fields are available in the Additional Search Options: Batch Type (BATCH_TYPE_CODE in FAR_BATCH) Batch Status (BATCH_STATUS_CODE in FAR_BATCH) Batch Date (BATCH_DATE in FAR_BATCH) Authorized User (EDITING_OPERATOR in FAR_BATCH) Authorized Group (EDITING_USER_GROUP in FAR_BATCH) POS Batches (POS_FLAG in FAR_BATCH) Click the hyperlinked batch ID in the search results grid to open the batch and view detailed information, as shown below.
