Making a Batch Available

Batches that have a status of "EDITING" cannot be opened. For example, if you have a batch open and ThreeSixty Web Client is not closed properly (e.g., the application crashes), the batch will be stuck in "Editing" mode. Therefore, you can click this task to make the batch available.

To make a batch available:

1. Search for and open the details of the appropriate deferred posting batch. For more information, please see Searching for a Batch.
   The batch details screen displays.
2. From the Actions menu, select Make Batch Available.
