Opening an Existing Batch

Batches with a status of "Available" can be opened for editing. When you open a batch, the status will change from "Available" to "Editing".

To open a batch:

  1. On the batch details page, from the Actions menu, select Open Batch.
    -OR-
  2. If no batch is open, from the toolbar in the top, right corner, click No Batch Opened, as shown below.

    The Choose a Batch screen displays, as shown below.
  3. Locate and click the batch you wish to open in the grid, then click Select.
  4. The Batch Details screen displays. The batch is now opened and the Batch ID displays in the top toolbar.

From the Choose a Batch screen shown above, only Direct Posting and Deferred Posting in which the logged in user is the authorize user (or belongs to authorize group) will display. If necessary, you can select a different Batch Type from the filter drop-down.
