Finalizing a Direct Batch

Direct batches are "finalized" rather than "posted", because each receipt is posted as it is entered. Finalizing the batch prevents it from being used again.

To finalize a direct batch:

1. Search for and open the details of the appropriate direct posting batch. For more information, please see Searching for a Batch.
   The batch details screen displays.
2. From the Actions menu, select Finalize Direct Batch.
