Finding a Committee Member Paige Freeman March 12, 2026 13:48 Updated The Find a Member page allows users to search for and manage members associated with a committee in the ThreeSixty Web Client. This page displays all past, current, and future members of the committee and provides options to view, edit, add, email, or delete committee members.Users can filter the list of members to quickly locate specific individuals and perform common member management tasks directly from the members grid.The Find a Member page can be accessed from the Committee Summary page in two ways: Select Members from the Member tab. Select Find Members from the committee members grid on the Committee Summary page. The Find a Member page opens and displays the list of members associated with the committee.Use the filters at the top of the page to search and filter through the list of committee members to locate the desired member. These filters allow you to narrow the results displayed in the members grid.The members grid displays all past, current, and future members of the committee. When you first arrive on the Find a Member page, the Current filter option is selected by default and displays current committee members. You can select the following filter options to view other members associated with the committee: Past – Displays members whose committee membership has ended. Future – Displays members whose committee membership will begin at a future date. From this grid, you can also add a new member by selecting +New Committee Member. For more information, please see Adding a New Committee Member.Selecting the hyperlinked committee member name will open the Committee Member Details page. From this page, you can also edit the details of the committee membership. For more information, please see Editing Committee Member Details. You can also edit the member details directly from this screen by selecting the pencil icon within the member grid.Selecting the contextual menu within the members grid opens a menu with the option to email a member, delete a member, or view the member in the CRM module. Choosing Email Member will open an email message to the member's primary email address in your default email client. Choosing Delete Member will delete the member from the committee. The member will no longer display in the Past, Current, or Future membership grid. Choosing View in Constituents will open the constituent to the Constituent Summary in the CRM module in a new tab in your browser. Select the checkboxes next to the members in the grid then select Email Members from the Work with Selected drop-down to open an email message to the members' primary email addresses in your default email client. Screen Element Description Committee Member Displays the last name, first name of the committee member. Position Displays the member's position within the committee. Representing Displays the primary employment relationship, if any exists. Begin Date Displays the begin date for the committee member term. End Date Displays the end date for the committee member term, if any exists. Participation Status Displays the member's participation status within the committee.
