For more information, please see Committees Security.To view and/or edit the details of a committee member: From the Committee Summary or Find a Member page, select the hyperlinked name in the members grid, as shown below.The Committee Member Details screen displays, as shown below. To edit the details shown, click the pencil icon in the upper right corner of the screen, as shown below.Alternatively, you can edit the committee member details directly from the Committee Summary screen by clicking the pencil icon within the members grid, as shown below.The Edit Committee Member Details screen displays, as shown below. Edit the Position, if necessary. Edit the Representing customer, if necessary. Edit the Voting Status, if necessary. Edit the Participation Status, if necessary. Edit the Begin Date, if necessary. Edit the End Date, if necessary. Edit the Comments, if necessary. View the Committee Member Contact Info. To make changes to this information, navigate to the Constituent Summary for the constituent. Once you have made your changes, click Save to apply those changes and return to the committee members grid.
