An email is sent to the customer that includes the refund amount. Data Collection: AccountingInfo.ARVouchers Base Frequency (Scheduled Notifications Only): Every 3 Minutes Base Filters Filter Description Allow System Notifications EqualTo Y This filter appears on all base notification event templates and prevents emails from sending to customers that do not allow system notifications. The Allow System Notifications toggle is located on the Contact Information page within a customer record. AddedOn LessThanOrEqualTo Current Run Date and Time This will generate the email if the date and time the order was added is less than the current run date and time. AddedOn GreaterThan Last Run Date and Time This will generate the email if the date and time the order was added is greater than the last time this process was scheduled to run. This ensures that a customer won't receive multiple emails for the same event. CustomerStatusCode EqualTo ACTIVE This filter appears on all base notification event templates and prevents emails from sending to customers that are in a status other than Active, such as Deceased, Duplicate, or Inactive.
