Designing Notification Events Paige Freeman June 14, 2024 13:41 Updated The Design Notification Events page allows you to create new notification events and modify existing notification event triggers and email details, as well as Activate, Deactivate, set or remove Test Mode, and Publish to Production. To access the Design Notification Events page: From the Web Admin dashboard, select Design Notification Events from the Email Notifications card. The Notifications page displays, as shown below. From this page, you can: Create a New NotificationTo create a new notification, select the Create New Notification button at the top of the grid. For more information, please see Creating a New Notification. Modify an Existing NotificationTo modify an existing notification, select the edit pencil in the grid. Publish a NotificationTo publish a notification to Production, select Publish from the contextual menu within the grid. Set to Test or Live ModeTo set a notification to Test mode, select Set to Test Mode from the contextual menu within the grid. To set a notification to Live mode, select Set to Live Mode from the contextual menu within the grid. Clone a NotificationTo clone a notification, select Clone from the contextual menu within the grid. This creates a copy of the notification. When cloning a base template, the From, Reply to, BCC, and CC are copied from the Global Settings. Activate or Deactivate a NotificationTo Activate a notification, select Activate from the contextual menu within the grid. This sets the notification status to Active.To Deactivate a notification, select Deactivate from the contextual menu within the grid. This sets the notification status to Inactive. Delete a NotificationTo delete a notification, select Delete from the contextual menu within the grid.
