Notification Global Settings Paige Freeman September 12, 2024 13:31 Updated The Global Settings page allows you to set values for various fields to default when creating a notification event. These settings will default on new notification events that are created from scratch. If you are creating a notification event from a template, the values will default based on the template. Any value that is blank within the template will use the Global Settings values. To access the Global Settings page: From the Web Admin Dashboard, select Manage Global Settings from the Email Notifications card.The Global Settings page displays, as shown below. Enter the From email address. This is the email address that the email will be sent from. The email address entered here must be verified as an active email address. For more information, please see Verifying a Notification Email Address.The email address used in the From field must be a company email address for the notification event to function. Free personal email accounts such as Gmail and Yahoo are not acceptable. Enter the Reply To email address. Enter the CC and BCC email address. These are the email addresses that will default in to the CC and BCC fields of a notification event. Enter the Test email address. This is the email address that will be used for notification events that are in Test mode. Select the Header Template and Footer Template. These are the default header and footer that will display within the email that is sent by your notification event. For more information, please see Notification Headers and Footers. Select the Default Timezone. This is the default timezone for the email notification event. Once you have completed entering your desired information, select Save and Close to save your changes and return to the Design Notification Events main page.
