Assigning Award Nominee Reviewers

After a nominee and nominator have been added, the required attachments have been uploaded, and the required questions have been answered, you need to verify the nomination conditions and then the reviewers can review the nominations and enter scores.

Reviewers can only be assigned to nominations from the web client. Additionally, individual reviewers must be assigned one-by-one, as there is no mass assignment process.

To assign a reviewer to a nomination:

  1. From the Nomination Summary, select the Reviewers tab.
    The Nomination Reviewers page displays.
  2. Select +New Nomination Reviewer.
    The Add Reviewer page displays.
  3. Search for and select the appropriate Reviewer. 
    You can search and select from the list of reviewers that were defined for the selected review stage. For more information, please see Adding Award Reviewers. Please note this list will only include reviewers with a Reviewer Status of "Confirmed".
  4. The Review Stage, Contact Information, and Employer will default based on the selected Reviewer.
  5. The Review Status defaults to "Assigned". If necessary, change this.
    Values in the drop-down are populated based on the non-fixed codes defined for the AWD "REVIEW_STATUS" system type.
  6. The Assigned Date defaults to today. If necessary, change this.
  7. The Due Date field is automatically populated based on the "Default Days to Review" value defined for the review stage.
  8. The Review Date and Total Score fields are read-only and will be populated when the reviewer submits their review.
    If a review process stage has NOT been defined to Use Scoring Questions, a reviewer's score can only be entered on this page in the Total Score field. For more information, please see Recording Award Nominee Reviewer's Scores.
  9. If necessary, enter any Comments.
  10. Select Save.
  11. If additional reviewers have been defined for the review process stage selected, repeat the steps above to add additional reviewers as necessary.

If a review process stage has NOT been defined to Use Scoring Questions, a reviewer's score can only be entered through this screen in the web client. For more information, please see Recording Award Nominee Reviewer's Scores.
