Shipping to Multiple Addresses Paige Freeman May 17, 2023 15:10 Updated If there are multiple line items in an order, you can opt to ship to multiple addresses. The steps below assume that you are not currently viewing the order in which you want to ship to multiple addresses. If you are currently viewing the order in which you want to ship to multiple addresses, skip to step 2. To ship to multiple addresses: From the Orders Central page, search for the appropriate order. For more information, please see Searching for an Existing Order. From the order summary page, click the pencil icon in the top, right corner. From the Order Details section, from the Work with Order Line Items drop-down, select Change Shipping Options and click Go. You must belong to a security group with VIEW permissions to the Order.ShippingLineItems application in order for this link to display. The Shipping Options page displays, as shown below. From the Line Item(s) section, expand each row to view additional details about each line in the order, such as the ship-to constituent, ship-to address, and shipping method, as shown below.From this screen, you can also change the shipping method for one or more lines in the order. For more information, please see Changing the Shipping Method on an Order. Select the appropriate address from the Use Address drop-down. . From the Line Item Options section, check the checkbox next to the line(s) you want to change and click Apply to Selected Line Items. Click Save.Repeat the steps above to select different addresses for different order lines. To return to the order entry screen, click Return to Order Entry. DO NOT click the Back button in your browser.
