Manage Organizations

The Organizations page lets you add, view, or edit organizations.

To manage organizations:

  1. From the Settings section of the left navigation menu, select Organization Settings.
  2. From the Organization Settings page, select Manage Organizations.
    The Organizations page displays, as shown below.

    If the logged-in user is not a super user, they will only see the organizations and organization units  they have permission to access.
  3. Select +New Organization to add a new organization.
  4. Select the edit pencil icon to edit an existing organization.
  5. Select the contextual menu to access the following tasks:
    1. GL Segment Structure
    2. Set GL Close Date
    3. View Organization Units
    4. Add an Organization Unit
