Organization Unit Settings

From the Organization Unit Settings page, you can view and edit the settings for an Organization Unit.

You must have add or edit security permissions to see settings for screens that are an edit-only screens.

To view and edit Organization Unit Settings:

1. From the Organization Settings section of the left navigation menu, select Organization Settings.
2. From the Organization Settings page, select Manage Organization Units.
3. Search and filter the list using the filter fields at the top to locate the Organization Unit you want to access.
   Alternatively, browse the list using the pagination at the bottom.
4. Select the Organization Unit Name.
5. The Organization Unit Settings page displays as shown below.
   
6. If desired, select Create Business Objects Environment from the Actions menu. A message displays to confirm you created the Business Objects Environment successfully.
7. From the Actions menu, you can also select from the following tasks:
   1. Copy Badge Configuration
      1. Select Copy Badge Configuration from the Actions menu.
      2. Select the Organization and Organization Unit with the badge configuration you want to copy from the drop-down menus.
      3. Select Copy Badge Configuration. A message displays to confirm you copied the configuration successfully.

8. Click the links in each section to view or edit each setting listed:
   1. Accounting Setup

      3. Intercompany Accounts
      4. Revenue Account Pairs
      5. EFT Bank Information
      6. System Accounts
      7. Receivable & Prepaid Liability Account Pairs
      8. Receipt Types and Cash Accounts
      9. Default Product Accounts
   2. Order Subsystem Parameters
      1. Fundraising Parameters
      2. Inventory Parameters
      3. Meeting Parameters / Program Parameters
         Program Parameters are applicable to YMCA and JCC clients only.
      4. Membership Workflow Parameters
         Membership Workflow Parameters are applicable to YMCA and JCC clients only.
      5. Line Status Defaults
      6. Use Discount Defaults
   3. Address Information
      1. Mailing Address
      2. Payment Address
   4. Shipping Setup
