To edit the program parameters for an organization unit: From the Order Subsystem Parameters section on the Organization Unit Settings page, click Program Parameters.The Edit Meeting Parameters page will display, as shown below. In the Meeting Capacity section: Select YES or NO for Commit Inventory for Proforma. Select YES to indicate that proforma meeting registrations will be included when calculating available spaces. Select YES or NO for Bypass Proforma status for Waitlist order lines. Select YES or NO for Allow Waitlist order without payment online. In the e-Business Default section, enter the Default Limit Seat Threshold. This field defaults to 0. When a number is entered in this field, the system will display a product alert for a meeting once the limited seats threshold has been reached. In the Web Display Dates section, select YES or NO for Allow Begin Date to precede Available From Date. In the Repeated Meetings section, enter the Max Years to Repeat Meetings. Enter a value between 1 and 5. This field automatically defaults to 2 years out, but you can create a recurring meeting up to 5 years out. In the Default Meeting Calendar Image section, click Select Files to browse for and select the default image to be used on the Events Calendar for meeting Product Class codes in which an image has NOT been defined.Alternative, drag and drop an image file to the area labeled Drop Files Here to Upload. In the Payment Schedule Parameters section, select YES or NO for Use payment schedule cutoff logic. In the Childcare Parameters section, select YES or NO for Default Split Billing Calculation Method to "Enter Amount". Click Save.
