Recent Dashboard Cards Paige Freeman May 05, 2023 16:01 Updated There are several cards that can be added to the dashboard that display data you have recently interacted with. These cards include: Recent Constituents Recent Committees Recent Subgroups Recent Orders Recent Reports Recent Facility AccessThis card is available for YMCA and JCC clients only. Recent Constituents The Recent Constituents card displays constituents you have interacted with recently, and includes the constituent's name and Constituent ID. This card only shows constituents that have been interacted with by the logged in user, not across the organization. Clicking the hyperlinked constituent name will open the Constituent Summary for that user. From the additional options menu, you can Add New Contact Tracking, Add New Order, or Add New Donation, as shown below. Recent Committees The Recent Committees card displays committees you have interacted with recently. Clicking the hyperlinked committee name will open the Committee Summary for that committee. From the Recent Committees card, you can Add New Committee Member and Email Current Committee Members for the corresponding committee in the grid. Recent Subgroups The Recent Subgroups card displays subgroups you have interacted with recently. Clicking the hyperlinked subgroup name will open the Subgroup Summary for that subgroup. From the Recent Subgroups card, you can Email Current Officers for the corresponding subgroup in the grid. Recent Orders The Recent Orders card displays orders that the logged in user has recently viewed or interacted with. Clicking the hyperlinked order number will open the Order Summary for that order. From the Recent Orders card, you can select Edit Order to open the corresponding order in edit mode in Order Entry. Recent Reports The Recent Reports card displays reports that the logged in user has recently run. You can perform the following actions from the Recent Reports card: Clicking the hyperlinked report name will run the report with the previously used parameters Clicking the gear icon will open the report to the Report Submission screen, where you can edit the parameters and then run the report Clicking the preview icon, if available, displays a sample of what the report looks like once it has been run Recent Facility Access This card is available for YMCA and JCC clients only. The Recent Facility Access card displays the ten most recent facility access requests. Recent access rows are pulled from the PSM_USER_RECENT_ITEM_HISTORY table. Clicking the hyperlinked customer name will open the Customer Facility Access details screen.
