Customer Facility Access Details

The Facility Access module is available for YMCA & JCC clients only.

The Customer Facility Access details screen displays when using the granting or denying facility access workflow, and displays as shown below.  For more information on the fields available on the Customer Facility Access details screen, please see the table below.

If there is an additional granted scan attempted within the time period set for the USR_Y_FACILITY_DUPL_INTERVAL application parameter, the duplicate scan will not be stored in the database.

Alert	If the customer has an alert on their record, it will display at the top of the Customer Facility Access screen.	CUSTOMER.USR_ALERT
Photo	Displays the customer photo.	CUSTOMER.IMAGE_ID
Granted/Denied/Hold/Not Allowed message	This message will display GRANTED, DENIED, HOLD, or NOT ALLOWED on the screen based on the customer's membership status.	For membership order where ORDER_DETAIL.FULFILL_STATUS_CODE = 'A' or 'T' On the basis of the PRODUCT_CODE, check for the value stored in MBR_PRODUCT.LEVEL3 If MBR_PRODUCT.LEVEL3 = ‘ME_HD’,’SP_HD’ and ‘BR_HD’ Display HOLD User should not get access privileges If MBR_PRODUCT.LEVEL3 = ‘ME_SO’ Display NOT ALLOWED User should not get access privileges If MBR_PRODUCT.LEVEL3 <> ‘ME_HD’,’SP_HD’ and ‘BR_HD’ and/or ‘ME_SO’ Display GRANTED in green color User should get access privileges For membership order where ORDER_DETAIL.FULFILL_STATUS_CODE = 'G' or 'E' Display DENIED User should not get access privileges If customer does not have membership order Display DENIED User should not get access privileges
Towel Service	Read-only field displays whether the customer has towel service privileges. This label will display depending on the Facility Towel Services application parameter setting. Nickname	Displays the customer's nickname at the top of the screen.	CUSTOMER.NICKNAME
First Last Name	The First Last Name displays as a hyperlink. Clicking the link will open the customer's profile in a new tab.	CUSTOMER.FIRST_NAME and CUSTOMER.LAST_NAME
Membership Description	Displays the customer's active membership, if one exists. If the customer does not have a membership, this field will be blank. If the customer has multiple memberships, the membership order with the CYCLE_BEGIN_DATE closest to the system date will be displayed.	PRODUCT.SHORT_NAME
Gender	Displays the gender of the customer.	CUSTOMER.GENDER_CODE
Age	Displays the age of the customer. Children less than one year old will be displayed as '0'. If the birthdate is null for the customer, nothing will display.	CUSTOMER.BIRTH_DATE
Member Since	Displays the initial begin date for the membership displayed in the Membership Description field.	ORDER_DETAIL.INITIAL_BEGIN_DATE
Happy Birthday	A Happy Birthday message will display if the customer is scanned in to the facility on their date of birth.
Last Visit	Displays the branch, date, and time of the customer's most recent granted facility visit. If no visit exists, nothing will be displayed.	USR_FACILITY_VISIT.USR_BRANCH USR_FACILITY_VISIT.USR_DATE USR_FACILITY_VISIT.USR_TIME for record with USR_FACILITY_VISIT.USR_ACCESS_ALLOWED = 'Y' and USR_FACILITY_VISIT.USR_DATE closest to system date
Visits Last Month	Displays the number of granted facility visits in the previous month.	Calculated based on records where USR_FACILITY_VISIT.USR_DATE belongs to previous month compared to system date. Calculates based on count of days and not on visits, i.e., three visits on the same day will count as one visit.
Visits This Month	Displays the number of granted facility visits in the current month.	Calculated based on records where USR_FACILITY_VISIT.USR_DATE belongs to current month compared to system date. Calculates based on count of days and not on visits, i.e., three visits on the same day will count as one visit.
Custom Demographics	Displays list demographics for the system type of DEMOGRAPHICS in the CUS subsystem where the Option 1 value is set to 'Y'.	Displays values based on: Subsystem = CUS Type = DEMOGRAPHIC Option 1 = 'Y'
Membership Unit	Displays associate members for the selected membership order. Clicking the hyperlinked name within the Membership Unit will open the Customer Facility Access screen for that customer.	n/a
