Viewing the Subgroup Summary Paige Freeman May 03, 2023 17:53 Updated Upon opening a subgroup record, you are brought to the Subgroup Summary screen for the subgroup, as shown below. From this screen, you can view primary contact information, subgroup class, subgroup status, and the current member count, as well as a listing of Past, Current, and Future subgroup officers. Header From the header (shown below), you can navigate to different information by clicking the available hyperlinks. Clicking the All Addresses link will open the Subgroup Contact Information screen. Clicking the hyperlinked linked committee name will open the linked committee to the Committee Summary screen. Clicking the hyperlinked primary contact name will open the contact to the Constituent Summary screen. Clicking the subgroup email address link will open a new email in your default email client. Clicking the subgroup web social media link will open the associated social media page. Clicking the All Contact Info link will open the Subgroup Contact Information screen. Screen Element Description Subgroup Image Displays the profile photo for the subgroup. Subgroup Name Displays the label name for the subgroup. Subgroup ID Displays the identification number for the subgroup. Subgroup Status Displays the status for the subgroup. Subgroup Class Displays the class for the subgroup. Linked Committee Displays the committee linked to the subgroup. Primary Contact Displays "Primary Contact:" and the first and last name of the constituent defined as the primary contact. Subgroup Address Displays a concatenation of the address type code, formatted detail, and formatted address for the primary address of the subgroup. Subgroup Contact Information Displays primary phone, email, and social media information for the subgroup, if defined. Current Member Count The Current Member Count section displays an overview of membership information, including total members, active members, and proforma members. Clicking View Members brings you to the Subgroup Members screen, where you can view additional detailed information on the subgroup's membership. Officers The Officers grid at the bottom of the Subgroup Summary screen (shown below) displays all past, current, and future officers of the committee. Upon first arriving at the Subgroup Summary screen, the Current filter option will be selected by default. You can click the options for Past and Future to see other officers related to the subgroup. Click Email All to open an email message to the officer's primary email addresses in your default email client. The members that are selected for the email will be based on the selected filter, i.e., Past, Current, or Future. Screen Element Description Officer Displays the last name, first name of the officer. Email Displays the officer's email address. Position Displays the officer's position within the committee. Representing Displays the primary employment relationship, if any exists. Begin Date Displays the begin date for the officer member term. End Date Displays the end date for the officer member term, if any exists. Status Displays the officer's participation status within the committee.
