Committee & Subgroup Central

The Committees & Subgroups module provides functionality to manage committees and subgroups, such as adding individuals to a committee, emailing committee members, creating new subgroups, etc.

You must belong to a security group with at least VIEW permission to the Committee.Module application in order to view this screen. For more information, please see Committees & Subgroups Security.

To access the Committee & Subgroup Central landing page, select Committee & Subgroup Central from the Committees & Subgroups menu in the left navigation.

The Committee & Subgroup Central landing page will display, as shown below:

The Committee & Subgroup Central page will display the ten most recent committees that you have viewed in the Recent Committees section, and the ten most recent subgroups in the Recent Subgroups section. From the Recent Committees section, you can quickly navigate back to the Committee Summary for any of the displayed committees by clicking the hyperlinked committee name. From the Recent Subgroups section, you can navigate to the Subgroup Summary for any of the displayed subgroups by clicking the hyperlinked subgroup name.

From this page, you can also create a new committee, view all committees, or create a new subgroup.
