By adding reports to the panel, users can launch reports without navigating to the reporting area, helping streamline reporting workflows and reduce the time required to locate commonly used reports.The panel also supports passing context from the current screen to the report submission screen, allowing certain report parameters to be automatically populated based on the record you are viewing.The Favorite Reports Panel provides quick access to reports that users run frequently. Instead of navigating through reporting menus, users can open the panel and launch reports directly from their current location within the system.This feature helps improve productivity by allowing users to: Access frequently used reports in one centralized location Run reports from anywhere in the web client Reduce the number of steps required to locate and submit reports Automatically pass context-based parameters to report submission screens To learn how to add reports to your favorites list, see Adding a Report to Your Favorites.Accessing the Favorite Reports PanelThe Favorite Reports Panel can be opened from anywhere within the web client interface.When opened, the panel displays a list of reports that have been marked as favorites. Each report in the list can be selected to launch the report submission screen.The panel remains available regardless of the screen you are currently viewing, allowing you to run reports without interrupting your workflow.To access the Favorite Reports panel: From anywhere in the web client, select Favorite Reports in the top right of the page. The Favorite Reports panel displays a list of your selected favorite reports. Running a Favorite ReportTo run a report from the Favorite Reports panel: Open the Favorite Reports Panel. Select the report you want to run. The Report Submission screen opens. Review or update any required parameters. Select Run to generate the report. This allows you to quickly access reports without navigating through the reporting module.When running a report from the Favorite Reports panel, certain parameters can automatically populate based on the screen you are currently viewing.For example, if you are viewing a customer record and select the CRM1000 Constituent Summary Report from the Favorite Reports Panel, the system automatically populates the Master Customer ID parameter on the report submission screen.Automatically passing parameters helps reduce manual data entry and ensures reports are generated for the correct record.
