New User Tour

Upon first logging in to ThreeSixty Web Client, new users will be presented with a New User Tour to help them become acclimated with the application. This tour will show them around the application and give helpful information about searching, navigation, application layout, and more! This user-friendly feature helps bring new staff up-to-speed on ThreeSixty Web Client, assisting in onboarding and adoption for new users.

The New User Tour will only display automatically for new users upon their first login to ThreeSixty Web Client. If a user wishes to retake the tour at any time, they can select Start New User Tour from the user menu.

Users can also exit the tour at any time by selecting End Tour on the tour window.

New User Tour Steps

Following are the current steps included in the New User Tour. If a user does not have security rights to access a screen that is included in the tour, the corresponding step will not be included in the tour for that user.

Step 1: Welcome [User Name]
"Let's get started by taking a quick new user tour!"
This step shows centered on the Personalized Dashboard upon the user's first login.

Step 2: Personalized Dashboard
"Once you log in you will land on your Personalized Dashboard. This is the best place to start your day. You can quickly launch common workflows to make your daily activities faster."
This step highlights and points to the Personalized Dashboard.

Step 3: How to Search
"Searching the application is easy using the Global Search. Select the area you want to search in and enter what you want to search by in the global search bar. Click the spyglass to perform the search."

Step 4: How to Search
"Clicking the spyglass will show you advanced Search Options. You can also view your search results and take actions via the options menu."

Step 5:  Navigating
"The Left Navigation Menu is how you access ThreeSixty Modules. From this menu, quickly enter workflows and access each module's landing page."

Step 6: Central Landing Pages
"Each module has a Central Landing Page. This is CRM Central. It's a great starting point when working with constituents. From here, view your most recent constituents and quickly take actions."

Step 7: Create a Constituent
"It's easier than ever to add a new individual or company to ThreeSixty! Create a Constituent from the Left Navigation Menu or CRM Central."

Step 8: Create an Order
"Easily Create an Order from the Left Navigation Menu or Orders Central. Add products to your order, select which constituent the order is for, and take a payment."

Step 9: User Menu
"This is your user menu. It displays your username, logged in organization and org unit, and links to About Personify and the Help Center."

Step 10: Thank you!
"You have completed the new user tour! Don't forget to Log out when you're done using ThreeSixty."
This step points to and highlights the Logout option in the user menu.
