A2Z100 - A2Z API Consumer Batch Job

Clients must submit a support request to enable the A2Z integration. Clients using the A2Z integration must submit a support ticket to have A2Z-related hotfixes deployed in their environment. The integration is only available for web client.

A2Z100 is an API consumer process that can be scheduled to run nightly. This process retrieves order and payment information from A2Z and stores it in an intermediate storage for further processing by the A2Z200 process. The A2Z100 process also compares the responses of A2Z APIs with previous responses to determine the orders that have been created or updated since the last run of the process.

Running A2Z100 also populates the A2Z Product Mapping page with the data from A2Z.

How It Works

  1. Retrieves Data: A2Z100 connects to the A2Z Events API to fetch order and payment details.
  2. Stores Data: The retrieved information is stored in the A2Z_P360_PROCESS and A2Z_P360_PAYMENT_DETAIL tables.
  3. Compares Responses: The process compares the current API responses with previous ones to identify new or updated orders.

Next Steps

After running the A2Z100 process, map the products as needed and execute the A2Z200 job to:

  • Create or update orders and payments in ThreeSixty.
  • Ensure that all relevant data is accurately reflected in the system.

First, run the A2Z100 process to retrieve order and payment information from A2Z and store it for further processing by the A2Z200 process. Then, after mapping products as needed, run A2Z200 to take the data collected by the A2Z100 process and create or update the orders/payments as needed in ThreeSixty.

Troubleshooting

Following are common validation messages displayed on the A2Z100 Exception Report and their recommended resolutions.

Validation Resolution
Company ID is not provided The Company Number in A2Z is not defined. Enter the Master Customer ID from ThreeSixty in the Company Number field in A2Z.
Company ID is invalid The constituent in ThreeSixty is not correctly mapped to the constituent in A2Z. Check that the Company Number in A2Z is set to the same number as the Master Customer ID in ThreeSixty.
