This mapping ensures that all relevant event items are accurately represented in your ThreeSixty system, facilitating streamlined order processing and reporting. Using A2Z Product Mapping view in ThreeSixty, you can map event items with corresponding ThreeSixty products. Every A2Z item that needs to be included on the order should be mapped to a valid product in ThreeSixty. The search page shows all the events set up in A2Z Events. Users can also search for any specific A2Z event by name or start and end dates. Navigating to the details page of any event allows mapping of the main event along with all items to the corresponding ThreeSixty products. The main event/show in A2Z is mapped to the XBT master product in ThreeSixty. When creating orders in ThreeSixty, the system adds a line for the master XBT product mapped to the event in A2Z Events. Items associated with the main event/show in A2Z are mapped to the ThreeSixty XBT subproducts. Any Item mapped to a product belonging to a different subsystem than the Main Event A2Z product will be treated as a Main Line in A2Z. This is true regardless of whether the product is classified as a Master Product in ThreeSixty. For example, if the Main Event is mapped to an XBT product, an MTG session line mapped to an Item would be added as a Main Line. You must create the products in ThreeSixty before you can map the A2Z Events and Items.
