Change Password

You can change your password using the Change Password option in the user account menu.

The Change Password option will not display if you are a network user. 

To change your password:

  1. From the user account menu, select Change Password.
  2. The password update page displays, as shown below.
  3. Enter your Current Password, then enter your New Password and Confirm New Password.
    The Password Requirements text gives you information on the requirements for your new password. This information is pulled from the Comments of the PASSWORD_VALIDATION_MASK application parameter.
  4. Select Save to save your new password and return to the ThreeSixty application.
