Logging In to ThreeSixty Web Client Paige Freeman May 02, 2025 15:47 Updated ThreeSixty Desktop users can log in to ThreeSixty Web Client in any web browser using the same credentials used to log in to ThreeSixty Desktop. This login is used to authenticate the user and determine access to the browser application. If the PASSWORD_EXPIRATION_PERIOD application parameter is set to a certain number of days that have passed, or if the Require Password Change? checkbox is checked on the User Maintenance (PSM001) screen, when you attempt to log in, a message of "Your password has expired. Please update your password now" will display. You will then be prompted to enter your current expired password and a new password. To log in to ThreeSixty Web Client: Navigate to the URL for ThreeSixty Web Client. The login page displays, as shown below. Enter your User ID and Password. Click Login. If the login credentials provided are valid, you will be logged in and the Constituent Central dashboard will display. If the login credentials provided are invalid, an error message will display, "Either the User ID or password you have entered is incorrect." If you attempt to log in six times consecutively without success, an error message of "The user account has been locked. Please contact your administrator" will display and you will be locked out of ThreeSixty Web Client. If you have previously logged in and had an open batch with a date in the past, a warning message will display. Additionally, an exclamation triangle will appear next to the batch in the top menu bar. Forgot Password If you have forgotten your password, Select the Forgot Password? option to reset your password. The Forgot Password page displays, as shown below. Enter your User ID and select Send Verification Code. A verification code will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Enter the verification code you received to your email address and select Verify. Enter your New Password and Confirm New Password. The Password Requirements text gives you information on the requirements for your new password. This information is pulled from the Comments field of the PASSWORD_VALIDATION_MASK application parameter. Select Save to save your new password and log in. Screen Lockout After Inactivity Users have the ability to set a screen lockout period for ThreeSixty Web Client via the SCREEN_LOCKOUT_PERIOD application parameter. Personify's recommendation is that the application must be locked if the work station is inactive for 15 minutes. Setting the value to a negative number does not enforce any screen time-out. Setting the value to a positive number overrides the default 15 minutes. Setting the value to zero or NULL of this parameter would enforce 15 minutes (the default). When the inactivity limit is reached, a warning message will display, as shown below. If the user does NOT click the Stay logged in button within one minute, he/she will be prompted to renter his/her password, as shown below.
