Managing Notification Events Paige Freeman July 26, 2024 14:41 Updated The Manage Notification Events page provides access to manage your created notification events. From this page, you can see a list of all your created notification events and toggle the Active and Test Mode fields for each notification. To access the Manage Notification Events page: From the Web Admin dashboard, select Manage Notification Events. The Manage Notification Events page displays, as shown below. Use the fields at the top of the grid to filter the list of notification events. Set the Active toggle to Yes to make the event active. Set it to No to make it inactive. A notification event that is inactive will not be triggered or sent. Set the Test Mode toggle to Yes to place the notification event into Test mode. Notification events that are in Test mode will be sent to the Test email address set within Global Settings. Set the toggle to No to take the notification event out of Test mode. Notifications that are not in test mode will be sent to the To field value set within the Email Details tab of the notification event. Once you have made your desired changes to the Active and Test Mode toggles, select Save and Close to save your changes. Any notification event that has been modified will display in bold text within the grid.
