From the Modules tab in the ribbon, select the hyperlinked module used for the new page. In this example, we will create a customer biography page, so let’s use CRM360. The Views page for the module displays. Select +Create View. The Create a New View page displays, as shown below. On the Create a New View page, perform the following: Enter the new view Name. In this example, we will use “MyCusBiographies”. From the Select From a Template drop-down, select Data Template. Change the Simple View switch to No, then select Done. The Select Collection section will now display. From the Select Collection section, select CustomerInfo from the Select Namespace drop-down. Select the magnifying glass icon and then select CustomerBiographies. The Select Properties section will auto-populate. From the Select Properties section, you can add a new property by selecting both checkboxes in the List and Detail columns. For this example, select both checkboxes in the List and Detail columns for the Biography Text property.You can quickly select both checkboxes by selecting the the blue header text for the property. Once you have selected your properties, select the Create button at the bottom of the page to create your view. Your new view will open for edit, as shown below. You can select the links on the page to explore the newly created pages. To revisit this page later, navigate to the Views tab and select Constituents Module from the Show Views From drop-down, then search for MyCusBiographies, as shown below.
