In order for the Facility Access module to function correctly in ThreeSixty Web Client, there is some basic setup that must first be done in ThreeSixty Operations. This setup includes: System Types and Codes Membership Product Setup Application Parameters System Types and Codes There are several system types and codes that need to be populated/set up in order for Facility Access to function correctly. These system types and codes are as follows: CUS DEMOGRAPHICIn order for custom demographics to display on the Customer Facility Access details screen in ThreeSixty Web Client, the codes and subcodes for CUS DEMOGRAPHICS must have the Option 1 value set to 'Y'. USR USR_BRANCHIn order for branches to display in the membership product setup, the Option 1 value must be set to 'Y' if that branch should have facility access. If the branch should not display in membership product setup and does not have facility access, the Option 1 value should be set to 'N'. Membership Product Setup When creating a membership product, you can add branches to which customers purchasing the membership should have access. To add facility access to a membership product: From the Subsystem Specific task category, select the Facility Access task, as shown below. The Facility Access Privileges screen displays, as shown below.This screen consists of two columns, Access and Branch. Information on this screen is written to the USR_FACILITY_ACCESS table. AccessAll checkboxes will be checked by default, and the checkboxes are editable. BranchThis column will display branches from system types and codes for USR_BRANCH where the Option 1 value is set to Y. Branches with the Option 1 value set to N will not display. If customers purchasing this membership should have NO facility access, click the Unselect All button to deselect all facility branches. If customers purchasing this membership should have facility access to ALL branches, click the Select All button to select all facility branches. If customers purchasing this membership should have facility access to only specific branches, click the checkboxes in the Access column to select/deselect the correct facility branches. Application Parameters USR_RESET_SEARCH_SCREENThe Customer Facility Access detail screen will display for a certain amount of time identified in the USR_RESET_SEARCH_SCREEN application parameter before automatically redirecting to Facility Access Central. Defaulted to 20 seconds. USR_Y_FACILITY_DUPL_INTERVALThis application parameter controls the time interval for how far back the duplicate check will be done. If the value is greater than 0, e.g., 5 seconds, a duplicate check will be performed so that any duplicate, consecutive scans identified in the time window will not be stored. If the value is 0, a duplicate check will not be performed, and all consecutive granted scans by the same customer will be stored. USR_Y_FAC_ACCESS_MAX_QUERY_SIZETable: USR_Y_APP_PARAMETERSubsystem: USERMaximum number of records to be fetched by a Query/Search for facility access. This value controls the search and acts as default for facility access. Default value is 100.
