Facility Access Module Overview

The Facility Access module is available for YMCA & JCC clients only.

The Facility Access module in ThreeSixty Web Client allows staff to scan or search for a customer to allow access to a branch facility. When a customer comes to a facility, staff scan the member card or search for the customer manually to grant access to the facility. The Facility Access module includes Facility Access Central as well as manual search capabilities and the Facility Access Details screen. The workflow for granting or denying facility access to a customer is outlined in the diagram below.
