Viewing a Constituent's Linked Products Paige Freeman May 16, 2023 15:02 Updated The Product Links screen displays the linked products related to the customer. The table includes the product information for the linked products, along with the relationship, status, evaluation, and grade (as necessary). You must belong to a security group with at least VIEW permission to the CRM360.ProductRelatedCustomer application in order to view this screen. For more information, please see Constituents Security. To access the Product Links screen, select Product Links from the Involvement tab.
