Viewing Constituent IMS Roles

To view the IMS Roles page, users must have security permissions to the CRM360.IMSRoles security application. Additionally, the IMS Roles page will appear in the menu only if the ROLESYNC_API_URL SSO Interface parameter is defined.

The IMS Roles page allows users to view a customer's assigned IMS roles. 

To access the IMS Roles page:

  1. From the constituent profile, select IMS Roles from the Involvement tab.
  2. The IMS Roles page displays, as shown below.

The IMS Roles page displays a grid with columns for Role ID, Description, and Active flag. The grid displays 20 records per page.
