Identity Management Roles Paige Freeman September 13, 2023 17:22 Updated Personify IDP’s new multi-tenant IMS role solution uses primary/secondary architecture and Hangfire to synchronize roles in background. The primary IMS role service uses a timer-based trigger to pull roles criteria for all tenants and create Hangfire jobs. The secondary IMS service pulls Hangfire jobs and starts role syncing in background. The primary IMS service is also responsible for pulling the new user from IDP and creating the customer in the IMS Role database. The secondary IMS service can also be scaled as per requirement.
