IDP Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Paige Freeman May 15, 2023 20:10 Updated I previously signed up for IDP. Now, when I try to log in using my Google account, it is asking me to register again. How do I link my existing account with my social login? Your Google account’s email ID is different from the email you previously registered. You have two options: either change your IDP account email to match your Google account email using the IDP self service page, or link your social login to your existing account from the IDP self service page. I signed up with Two-Factor Authentication but I am not receiving OTP emails when I try to log in. You have not confirmed your email address by clicking on the link sent to your email at registration. I am not able to log in at all, even after resetting my Username and Password. Your account has been locked due to previous unsuccessful attempts. Please wait for 15-30 minutes before retrying. The length of time before your account will unlock is set by administrators. I previously had an account in ThreeSixty; now after signing up with my new email I am not able to see my Orders and Memberships. You have used a different email address than the primary email address of your ThreeSixty account, so a new ThreeSixty account was created. Please send a request to merge duplicate customer records to your administrator. My father is deceased, and I want to continue his same ThreeSixty customer with my email. Sign up for a new account in IDP and generate a request to associate your father’s customer ID with your account from the Admin Dashboard. I selected to use Two-Factor Authentication during signup, but now I want to disable it. You can select the "Remember Device" option on the two-factor screen during login so that the next time you log in on the same device/browser, you will not be asked for two-factor authentication on a frequently-used device for one month. If you wish to completely disable two-factor authentication, you can select the Disable 2FA option on the self service page in your IDP account. I scanned the QR code during signup to link my account with Google Authenticator but I have since lost my phone. How can I link to my new phone’s authenticator app? From the Two-Factor Authentication tab within the account self service page, you can unlink the old authenticator app, then rescan the QR code to link again with a new device. I signed up using my Google account, but now I want to use my username and password for login and remove the link to my Google account. Log in using your Google login one last time, then navigate to the self service page and create a password. After creating a password, navigate to the External Logins tab and remove your Google account. I signed up using my Google account, which is no longer available to me. Now I am not able to log in due to two-factor authentication. Send a request to your organization's staff to change your primary email address. They can send you a Change Username Request to your new email address to reset your username. After resetting your username, you should also change your password using the Forgot Password link on the IDP login page. I previously registered using my Google account; now I want to associate my LinkedIn account too. You can associate your Google, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft, and/or LinkedIn account to your existing account as long as your social accounts use the same email address. My account was merged with a duplicate account, but since then I have not been able to access some pages in e-Business. Change your username from the self service page; this will synchronize your IMS role. Then log out and log back in to e-Business. I went through the first page of registration but then chose to Skip and didn't complete the second page of registration to create my username/password. How can I complete registration? Select the Register link and enter the same email you used during your initial registration; after verifying a one-time password (OTP) you can continue registration to create your username and password. I have more than one account in ThreeSixty with the same email address, how can I create an IDP account? Select the Register link and enter the email. After verifying a one-time password (OTP), you will see a list of customers associated with that email in ThreeSixty. Select one customer to associate with the new IDP account, then proceed with registration to create your username and password.
