Managing Facilities Paige Freeman May 18, 2023 19:38 Updated Facilities in ThreeSixty Web Client allows you to create and manage facilities, create and manage facility rooms, and manage configurations and costs for your facility rooms. On the Manage Facilities page, you can: Click the hyperlinked Facility name to view the Facility Summary for that facility. Click the New Facility link to create a new facility. Click the edit pencil icon to edit Facility Information. To access the Manage Facilities screen: From the left navigation, select Manage Facilities from the Meetings menu.- OR -From the Meeting Settings screen, select Manage Facilities.- OR -From the Meetings Central page, select Manage Facilities. The Manage Facilities screen displays, as shown below.You can filter the list of available facilities using the Find a Facility options at the top of the screen. To edit Facility Information: From the Manage Facilities screen, click the edit pencil icon next the corresponding facility you wish to edit in the grid.The Edit Facility screen for that facility opens for edit. From the Facility Information section: Edit the Primary Contact, if necessary. This is the constituent associated with the facility as the main point of contact. Edit the Number of Rooms, if necessary. This is the number of rooms available within the facility. Edit the Is this a Rental Facility toggle, if necessary. If this is set to Yes, the facility is labeled as a Rental Facilty. This will be used later to filter through existing/available facilities in the system. Edit the Internal Scheduling toggle, if necessary. If this is set to Yes, it indicates the facility has internal scheduling and you plan to rent this facility internally within your own building. Click Save to save your changes and open the facility to the Facility Summary screen.
