Creating a New Facility Paige Freeman May 18, 2023 19:39 Updated To create a new facility: From the Manage Facilities screen, click New Facility.The Create New Facility screen displays, as shown below. From the Facility Information section: Search for and select the associated Facility constituent. By default, the Facility search is limited to company records. Search for and select the Primary Contact, if necessary. This is the constituent associated with the facility as the main point of contact. Enter the Number of Rooms. This is the number of rooms available within the facility. The Is this a Rental Facility toggle defaults to Yes. If this is set to Yes, the facility is labeled as a Rental Facility. This will be used later to filter through existing/available facilities in the system. The Internal Scheduling toggle defaults to No. If this is set to Yes, it indicates the facility has internal scheduling and you plan to rent this facility internally within your own building. Click Save to save the facility and open the facility to the Facility Summary screen.
